The 12 levers that move a company

A company isn't an infinite chaos of tasks. It's a system with a finite number of levers that, when used well, move the whole.

Strategy, processes, technology, team, sales, control… each lever has its place and its order.

The most common mistake is pushing the wrong lever: hiring before defining the process, or going digital before having a strategy.
