Most business owners don't run their company: they suffer it. The day-to-day drags them along and they react to the urgent with no time for the important.

The shift isn't about tools

The first shift isn't about tools or team. It's about position. Stop being a passenger of the business and sit in the pilot's seat.

Being a pilot doesn't necessarily mean working less. It means working with more judgment, visibility and control.

That means looking at the business as a system, measuring before deciding, and building processes that work even when the owner isn't present.
